This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective between UNISON NARULA GROUP and you (either as an individual, a single corporation, or other legal entity that utilizes applicable Software) ("USER"), and shall be effective from the date of the present agreement.

This Agreement shall be made effective on & from the day it is first uploaded, published and made available on public domain on the official portal of Sakeeta. Every User availing of the benefits of Sakeeta shall be deemed as having constructive notice of its terms.

By accessing the platform, you acknowledge that:

• You will always maintain your account security and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You shall use our platform in a lawful manner and refrain from any conduct that harms our platform, its users, or is in contravention of Indian law.

• You shall not upload, post, or share any content deemed illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful under Indian law.

• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your usage, as we provide services on an “as is, where is” basis.

These Terms of Service wholly govern the scope, extent, and usage of the Sakeeta website and mobile application, including all services provided through our platform.
